A little concept I've been workshopping with Enigma, to make him a little wiser in the realm of artifacts and technology.
Crossroads, despite its fantasy trappings, is actually a fairly advanced plane in terms of technology. The difference is that most of their inventions are powered by mana rather than traditional sources of electricity. It would make sense for Enigma to have a working knowledge of advanced tech, especially since his magic doesn't affect it.
And besides, it also works with his innate synergies with Clues, being a Detective.
I'm pretty locked in on the passive, +1, and 0 ability. I'm not completely sold on the -3, and I may change it to something else later. For now, it works.

Esper Planeswalkers are difficult to make an ultimate for I would say.
My personal suggestion would be that each artifact you control becomes a flying creature until end of turn. Or if we are going with the spellcaster route - maybe copy the next instant or sorcery spell a number of times equal to the amount of artifacts you control?
